All New Toyota Corolla 2014 More Expressive and Elegant
All New Toyota Corolla 2014 has finally revealed her new face with the view that more expressive and elegant. All-New Toyota Corolla is equipped with LED lights low-beam and adopted a five-point front grille the lower.
All New Toyota Corolla comes with three variants namely All-New Toyota Corolla L, All-New Toyota Corolla LE and All-New Toyota Corolla S. All three such variants use a 4-cylinder engine. For the Type New Corolla L would be filled 1.8-liter engine capable of producing 132 bhp (98 kW), while the type LE, with the same engine but is able to achieve 140 bhp (104 kW).
For the gearboxes are available depending on the trim level, with a six-speed manual for the type L and S, seven-speed CVTi S for the LE, LE Eco and S and which four-speed automatic for the L models entry-level.
All-New Toyota Corolla also features several standard equipment such as eight airbags, Bluetooth so that hands-free calling and connectivity audio streaming, together with other equipment (depending on the trim) as a back-monitor, power moonroof, touchscreen radio, smart key / push button start, Softex chair and applications can be accessed via the audio head unit.

CHINA Qoros to launch 2nd new model at 2014 Geneva Show
- Second production model to go on sale in China in 2014
- Retains elegant design and high specification of the Qoros 3 Sedan
The second production model from new international car brand, Qoros, will be revealed at the 84th Geneva Motor Show in March 2014.
The first view of the new model in the Qoros line-up reveals that it will retain the elegant design introduced on the brand’s debut model, the Qoros 3 Sedan, while also introducing distinctive features such as a subtly evolved treatment of the front grille and unique rear LED lamp clusters.
The debutant echoes the high specification and European quality standards of the Qoros 3 Sedan, and is designed to appeal to the young, modern, ‘always connected’ metropolitan customer, with state-of-the-art features including the innovative QorosQloud infotainment system accessed via an eight-inch touchscreen.
True to Qoros’ commitment to introduce a new model every six-to-twelve months, its second model will go on sale in China in 2014, hot on the heels of the market launch in China last month of the brand’s first production model, the Qoros 3 Sedan. The rapid sequence of model introductions is possible thanks to an innovative modular platform and flexible product development processes, led by experienced European senior engineers and supported by globally renowned engineering and systems partners.
The second member of the Qoros family is based on the same modular platform as the Qoros 3 Sedan, which made its world premiere at the 2013 Geneva and Shanghai Motor Shows to widespread acclaim. It has been praised for its elegant design, refined driving experience, and European standards of quality. In September, it became the first car developed in China to be awarded five stars in Euro NCAP crash tests, and also earned the highest score so far in the organization’s 2013 assessment program. Qoros plans to expand its line-up steadily over the next few years with the ultimate aim of offering a comprehensive range across of models in all major vehicle segments.

New Ford Fiesta is equipped with Active City Stop
Ford introduced the Active City Stop installed on New Ford Fiesta. This technology can avoid the Ford Fiesta crashed into the vehicle in front, where the Fiesta can brake autonomously.
Active City Stop Fiesta function when running at low speeds. ACS uses light detection and proximity sensor for observing the road ahead 50 times every second.
"In the big cities the car is running low speed and many drivers fail to brake so it hit the vehicle in front of him," said Florian Schweter, Active City Stop new Fiesta development engineer, Ford of Europe.
Currently, ACS has been installed in some cars such as the Ford C-MAX, Focus. In 2011, ACS received an award from the EURO NCAP.

Fiat’s new model onslaught
Fiat to introduce five new cars over the next four to five years; all-new B-segment compact utility vehicle to debut in India by mid-2014.
Fiat has bold plans for the Indian market and plans to take things to a higher gear. The Italian company plans to introduce five new cars over the next four to five years. Its independent distribution network will also get a much-needed shot in the arm and swell to 120 dealerships by 2013.
Fiat’s brand image re-structuring strategy is part of the company’s drive to appeal more to enthusiastic drivers. Its key mantra through this entire re-jig will be to have a greater focus on sporty design and the use of sophisticated technology.
Kicking off the new model onslaught will be an updated Linea saloon and Grande Punto hatchback in 2013. The two cars already received a facelift earlier this year, and the update next year will include cosmetic changes to both with revised front and rear styling, new alloy wheel designs and a thorough re-working of the interiors. This will be followed by the debut of a new Linea in 2014, which, more importantly, will get a new 1.6-litre Multijet diesel engine and a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol. The facelifted Linea, however, will continue to be sold alongside the new Linea and re-badged as the Linea Classic. Incidentally, Ford currently employs a similar strategy with its Fiesta saloon in India. The new Fiesta is sold alongside the previous-gen Fiesta, but under the ‘Classic’ moniker. There will also be a new Grande Punto, which will be launched in India in 2014. The hatchback will be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.3-litre diesel engine.
Lastly, an all-new B-segment compact utility vehicle shared with the Fiat-owned Chrysler group is also on the cards. This all-new platform will essentially replace the architecture used under the Grande Punto hatch, and will be engineered for sale in both Europe and the US, with it debuting in India by mid-2014. This compact utility vehicle will be powered by a 1.4-litre petrol engine and a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel.
Currently, Fiat has 11 platforms that form the underpinning of all its cars sold globally. However, in an attempt to conform to a stricter budget, the company plans on more than halving that amount to five platforms.
